The terminology for our various Yardstick Benchmarking projects has recently changed!
The parks projects are now called Parkcheck, and the two options which can be taken are Management Measures, and Visitor Measures. The Leisurecheck projects are for the pools/rec facilities industry.
In essence Management Measures identifies the strengths and weaknesses of an organisation's inputs, whilst Visitor Measures identifies the output, or how well an organisation is delivering its service.
