Asset Management for Small, Rural or Remote Communities (AM4SRRC) assists small rural or remote councils to improve asset management and financial planning.

MANY SMALL LOCAL Government organisations have limited resources and information on their infrastructure assets providing services to their communities.  AM4SRRC suite includes tools and templates, a Practice Note and ‘How To’ guides to give all you need to produce an infrastructure Asset Management Plan.

IT IS DESIGNED FOR small rural or remote communities in a steady state with low population and limited resources.  

ALSO SUITABLE FOR Asset Management Plans for asset categories which have a high relative operation and maintenance cost component such as RECREATION or BUILDINGS.

PRODUCES A 10 YEAR ASSET MANAGEMENT PLAN and expenditure projections for Long-term Financial Plan for up to 5,000 assets.
