IPWEA is seeking to appoint a number of Organisational Champions (1 – 2 in each Council, private consulting firm, State Government department or utility, depending on the size and staff numbers of that Council) who will assist us to grow and retain membership in IPWEA.
There are in excess of 2,000 prospective members working in the 152 New South Wales Councils. This is why we are seeking the assistance of volunteers to become Organisational Champions and help IPWEA to grow its membership.
Organisational Champions will talk to potential IPWEA members and gain their agreement to join IPWEA as well as encourage current members to retain their membership (particularly around membership renewals time). Your assistance, as an Organisational Champion, will take no more than 1 – 2 hours per fortnight and there are some great benefits to you, for assisting IPWEA.
