ELECTION OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS
CALL FOR NOMINATIONS

In accordance with Articles 38 to 45 of the Institute's Constitution,
an election is to be held for the Board of Directors of the Institute,
for the term 2011-2014. All members of the current Board of Directors
must retire at the Institute’s 2011 Annual General Meeting, but they are
eligible to stand for re-election for the ensuing three-year term. The
President, having served one term, is eligible to stand for election as
President.
All financial members1of the IPWEA (NSW Division) are eligible to stand for election.
Nominations are called for the following Board positions:
- President (one position)
- Director (eight positions)
The attached Nomination Form
is to be used for this purpose. For a nomination to be acceptable, this
form must be completed, signed by the nominee, and two other financial
members of the Institute.
Duly completed Nomination Forms are to be lodged with the Returning
Officer at IPWEA (NSW), Level 12, 447 Kent Street, Sydney NSW 2000 by
- 4.00pm on Friday 1st July 2011.
The results of the election will be declared at the Annual General
Meeting of IPWEA (NSW) to be held in October 2011. Details of the date,
venue and time of this meeting will be advised shortly.
