The IPWEA Yardstick Report Card 2010 is a free industry briefing
developed to share the facts and trends that have been discovered
through IPWEA's Yardstick Benchmarking, undertaken in 2009.
Our Yardstick Project Managers, Jayson Kelly and Brian Milne, will
share and elaborate on several interesting aspects from the Parks and
Swimming Pool Yardstick Reports. Also the recently introduced
ParkCheck and LeisureCheck Customer Survey Reports.

- Presentation of key results and trends arising from
previous Yardstick information followed by discussion on key issues
- Yardstick information for business improvement.
Illustrating different ways that Yardstick information can be used to
drive business improvement in your organization
- Key Performance Indicators. A review of the
KPI’s - results and application
- Future Changes – feedback on possible move to International
format (parks only); move to online response and
discussion on future information need and questions

Who should attend
|
|
|
The briefings will benefit existing Yardstick users and non-users,
including: swimming pool/facility managers, parks managers, parks and
recreational planners and parks and facility asset managers.
|
|
The briefings have been split into 2
briefings, for Parks and Pools. Each briefing session will run for 1.5
hours. Attendees can attend both briefings however will need to register
for both.
