The Tasmanian Councils Standards for Subdivisions (TCSS) provide guidance to designers
and contractors in the creation of new public assets in subdivisions.

Specifications

TCSS incorporate 3 Specifications: DIER Specifications for Roads; The WSAA Sewerage Code PC015 and WSAA Water Code PC016.

DIER Specifications

Consultants and designers are expected to select the appropriate DIER Specifications for their contract documentation in the creation of new public assets in subdivisions throughout Tasmania.

WSAA Water Supply Code and Sewerage Code of Australia

The Water Services Association of Australia has published Codes of practise for the creation of new public water supply and sewerage infrastructure. To purchase WSAA Codes PC015 and PC016 click here
